Delicious scrambled eggs from Christmas.

This is my Grandmother’s recipe for scrambled eggs in the oven. She usually makes them for Easter Brunch. I really like them, they are very creamy and cook in the oven while you are doing other things. An excellent recipe for large groups.

This recipe can be scaled up or down, just make sure it fits the pan.


  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cheddar Cheese (to taste)


  1. Preheat oven to 350*. Grease baking pan.
  2. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into pan.
  3. Bake about 7 minutes, stir eggs. When halfway set, add cheese. Bake about another 7 minutes until done.
